Beautiful 2-bedroom ground-floor apartment (no stairs), located in a safe and exclusive complex at Spanish Water. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and consists of 2 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

The apartment is surrounded by a tropical garden, and the living room offers views of the private docks at Spanish Water. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. All rooms are air-conditioned and have excellent WIFI.

The Space

All bedrooms are provided with clean linens and towels. Kitchen amenities include: Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils, stove, oven and grill, microwave, large American refrigerator, panini grill, dishwasher, and vacuum cleaner.

Guest Access:
The pool is just 20 steps from your garden, and chairs and sunbeds are available by the pool. Caracasbaai beach is a 5-minute walk, and we are only a 5-minute drive from the famous ‘Jan Thiel’ beach.

The most recommended Caribbean restaurant is just a 50-meter walk, while there are more restaurants and bars located 150 meters away. We offer a rental car with free parking. Water and electricity costs are settled with the security deposit. The meter readings are recorded at check-in and check-out so that you have a clear view of the total consumption.
