House Rules of Cura-Rentall
Smoking inside the house is not allowed; there is an ashtray on the terrace. If this rule is not followed, a €150 (300 NAFL) fee will be charged, as smoke odors are difficult to remove from the house and may bother non-smoking guests. In such cases, all curtains, cushions, and linens must be cleaned.
Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet (no tampons, diapers, wipes, etc.), as these will damage the pump and cause blockages.
Due to noise disturbance, it is not allowed to organize parties or events. In such cases, the property manager or homeowners’ association has the right to remove you from the resort without any refund of the rental fee.
Because of Curaçao’s warm climate, both indoors and outdoors can attract pests quickly. To prevent this, do not leave behind food scraps, wet clothing, etc.
Peace, privacy, and safety are highly valued at the resort — please respect this.
If you lose the keys, a fee of €100 (200 NAFL) will be charged.
If you lose the remote for the electric gate, a €100 (200 NAFL) fee will be charged.
There is also a €100 (200 NAFL) fee per remote for loss or breakage of other remotes (such as air conditioners and TVs).
Beach towels for use at the pool or beach are included!
In case of loss, we charge €50 (100 NAFL) per beach towel.
Topless sunbathing or swimming at the pool is not allowed.
Any other damages will be charged at cost and deducted from the security deposit.
The owner cannot be held liable for personal injury, loss, or theft during your stay. You are responsible for taking care of your belongings.
The owner is not responsible for disruptions in the supply of electricity, water, etc., when these occur beyond their control (force majeure).
On the day of departure, trash must be left in the container.
During the rental period, you are responsible for the house and its furnishings.
We assume you will treat the furniture and inventory with care.
Please report any damage immediately to the property manager or owner.
